Jean Claude Van Damme has been involved in film industry for a long time. He is known as an actor of action movies. The villain in this movie is a military commander named Topov who makes Prime Minister?s children as his hostages and threatening to blow up a nuclear plant unless his wishes are fulfilled. He asks for independence for his republic and freedom for his comrades that are in prison. With the help of a scientist, Dr.Kolin, he has the latest version of Unisol known as NGU that is more powerful then the original Unisol. To rescue the Prime Minister?s children, the leader in charge of military operation decides to reactivate the best original Unisols, Luc Deveraux.

This movie is full of gun blazing and extreme fight sequences. The lover of movie action will be satisfied with the action sequences in this movie. Van Damme who is almost 50 years old proves that he still can handle action moves.
